Step-by-Step Return Procedure

2. Await confirmation and detailed instructions with the address to which to ship the package.
3. Carefully pack the product in its original packaging and ship it.
4. Once the item is received and verified, we will proceed with issuing the refund.

Refund Times and Methods

Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and automatically credited back to the payment method used at the time of purchase (credit card, PayPal, or other available methods).
